The Brewery

The brewery is on an organic family farm in the stunning Wylye Valley 10 miles west of Salisbury. The ethos of the brewery is to combine the highest organic and environmental standards with the latest technology and brewing techniques.

Our home-grown organic barley is married with water drawn 300ft through the ancient Wessex chalk downs on which the brewery sits - we are on a journey to create a new standard for authenticity and sustainability in brewing.

We passionately believe that good beer need not be dark and bitter, nor require an essay to explain it; but should be well balanced, light, and most importantly fun and easy to drink.

While many young breweries produce a seemingly endless range of beers, we will be producing just two. Why? Because there are only two styles of beer the Blonde Brothers like, neither of which are dark or bitter!

Blending age-old ingredients and modern recipes - the result is contemporary and fresh flavours appealing to the tastes of the younger generation of craft beer drinkers.
